Mobile Notary Public Services

Call us one or two days in advance and schedule an appointment for the mobile notary public service. Let us know where, and when our mobile notary needs to show up. If you are calling to schedule a mobile notary service on behalf of someone else, let us know the signer(s) contact information. For last minute emergencies we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note that some travel, convenience charges will apply for mobile notary services. We will quote you at the time of the schedule to avoid any last minute surprises. Depending on the number of signatures involved, we might consider waiving the travel fee if it's worth the trip for our mobile notary.

We expect some payment in advance at the time of scheduling our mobile notary service.

If you cancel previously scheduled mobile notary service appointment(s), we will expect some reimbursement. For cancellations less than 4 hours’ notice, we will not be able to refund anything at all. For those with more than 4 hours’ notice, we will refund 50% of the agreed upon service amount.
